Why I Run?

There’s a million reason why I love running! I run because it is the simplest form of exercise around, it is both a physical and a mental workout. I visit places that I never knew existed by just running and exploring. 2km became 5km then to 10km and now I’m running my 5th marathon (42km) in December! It’s an addiction that I cannot be Stop!
