I guess, most of us have no courage in completing a race or an event or even in completing a set of exercises.
But if we don’t ever start, we’ll never break that barrier. We will NEVER know if we COULD have run that race, complete the event, run faster, lift heavier weights, complete that set or even have a great looking bod.
There is no lazy people, the way I see it. Only people who have no courage to take on life head on. Nothing beats the feeling of having a great-looking bod OR one that can run marathons.
