I feel that this very raw form of basic exercises is really really awesome. Most times, humans rely on the equipments in the gyms to get that toned and muscular bod but they forget to work on their flexibility and core. After browsing through MovNat’s site – http://movnat.com/ , i find a lot of natural styles and forms of exercises that are being taught and done by the MovNat instructors to its students. It is definitely very dynamic and boy, does it sure look so fun!
I wonder if its coming to Singapore for some of its 1-day workshops kinda thing. Would love to go, if the price is right AND it doesnt clash with my exams. 🙂 Then again, stuffs like these dont come by SG often, so hmmm, we’ll see how it goes. 🙂
