In the previous article/post – Quick fixes for your lower back (part 1), one of our readers, Ian Darric asked:

“Mind showing demo pics of the steps on stretching? :)” 

Personally i would love to take a photo of the steps or post a video on youtube of the particular hip flexors stretch, but due to certain lack of resources (which includes a great handy camera and also a good looking model :P) i had to do with another YouTube video which serves the similar instructional purpose of the stretch. 🙂
